Service information
A useful match starts with clear terms.
These points explain the current assisted freight matching workflow. Specific trip details are confirmed directly before cargo moves. Last updated September 2026.
How a match is confirmed
A website enquiry is not a confirmed booking. A freight movement is confirmed only after Zavugo and the relevant parties agree the cargo, route, truck, timing, price and payment method.
Availability and estimates
Truck availability varies. Typical savings and matching times shown on the website are current operating indications, not guarantees for every request.
Cargo information
Cargo owners must provide accurate information about the goods, weight, dimensions, handling needs, pickup and destination. Zavugo does not currently accept refrigerated goods, live animals, fuel or hazardous materials.
Transporter information
Transporters must provide accurate truck, registration, insurance and licence information and promptly report changes. Document review supports safer matching but does not replace each party's responsibility to confirm that a specific movement is suitable.
Price and payment
The agreed price and payment method are confirmed before a trip. Current options may include mobile money, bank transfer or cash on delivery, depending on the movement.
